A longtime resident of Southeastern Florida, Cynthia Prokos studied at the Mount Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, before becoming a registered nurse at Jupiter Hospital in Jupiter, Florida. She subsequently attended Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach to complete her bachelor of arts in human resource management. Expanding into clinical instruction, Cynthia Prokos served as an instructor for certified nursing assistants with the Palm Beach County School District North Technical School.

 

Later in her career, Ms. Prokos served as a registered nurse and an office manager with the internal medicine practice of Craig P. Prokos, MD, in Jupiter. She also returned twice to the academic environment, earning a bachelor of science from the Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a master of science from Nova Southeastern University. Cynthia Prokos has been a family nurse practitioner with Jupiter’s Envision Physician Services since 2019 with expertise in office-based care and Telehealth .
